Terms of service
Last updated 17 September 2026
Who you are contracting with
AppCrafter is operated by Blissfulplan Publishing Ltd., registered at Covent Garden, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service.
What AppCrafter does
AppCrafter helps you research a market, compare software opportunities, check domain availability, generate a brand, and create a starter repository. You supply your own AI provider keys, and those providers bill you directly for what you use.
Estimates are hypotheses, not forecasts
Opportunity scores, revenue projections, starting costs and difficulty ratings are generated by a language model from the research available at the time. They are starting hypotheses to test, not predictions, valuations, or business advice. Do not make an irreversible financial decision on the strength of a number this product produced. Verify anything that matters independently.
Domain availability
Availability is checked against registry RDAP records and reported as it appears at that moment. A domain can be registered by someone else seconds later, and registries are occasionally unreachable or wrong. A domain is only yours once a registrar confirms the purchase. We are not a registrar and cannot reserve anything on your behalf.
Generated code and content
Names, brands, copy and code that AppCrafter generates are yours to use. We claim no ownership. Equally, we make no warranty that a generated name is free of another party’s trademark, or that generated code is fit for production — run a trademark search before you commit to a name, and review code before you ship it.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
- Do not use the service to build anything unlawful, or to generate material that infringes others’ rights.
- Automated or abusive use may be rate limited or suspended.
Plans and payment
Free accounts include the limits shown on the plan page. Paid plans renew through Stripe until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal, keeping access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown inclusive of any tax that applies.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. AppCrafter delivers immediately, so before paying you are asked to tick a box confirming this:
I ask AppCrafter to start my subscription immediately. I accept that I lose my right of withdrawal for any digital content once it has been generated for me, and that if I withdraw within 14 days I will be charged in proportion to the subscription already supplied.
That confirmation does two separate things, and it is worth being precise about which is which.
- Digital content we generate for you — a logo, a repository scaffold, the output of a research run — is supplied the moment it is produced. Because you asked for it immediately and acknowledged the consequence, the right of withdrawal does not apply to content already generated.
- The subscription itself is not waived outright, and we do not claim that it is. If you withdraw within 14 days you are charged in proportion to the part of the period already supplied, and the rest is refunded. Cancelling after that stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period.
To withdraw, write to support@appcrafter.app within 14 days of subscribing. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We confirm every acceptance of the wording above by email so that you keep a copy.
Consumer protection law differs by country. Switzerland, for example, gives no general right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. Nothing in this section reduces a right you hold where you live, and where local law gives you more, that law applies.
Refunds
Outside the withdrawal right above, fees already paid are not refunded automatically. If something went wrong — you were charged twice, the service did not work, a feature did not do what we said — write to us and we will deal with it fairly.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranty. It depends on third parties — AI providers, Supabase, Stripe, GitHub and domain registries — and can be interrupted when they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use AppCrafter after that means accepting the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
